Kylie Jenner cut a $600 million deal for a controlling share in her self-titled cosmetics brand.

But she had to wait three days for her famous sister and rival beauty entrepreneur Kim Kardashian to congratulate her on her massive payday.

The news of the deal was announced on Monday and on Wednesday, in an interview with ET,  Kim said: 'I'm so proud of her.'

Kim, 39, explained the sale of 51 percent of Kylie Cosmetics and Kylie Skin had been in the works for a long time. 

'A lot of companies were bidding and really wanted to buy her brand and so selling just about half of it was a decision that she made about a year ago and, you know, that she wanted to,' the reality star said.

'To think in her early 20s, she built a business off of something that she first was insecure about and finding confidence and, you know, just tapping into that and figuring out how to make an amazing product and just being true to herself and doing what she loves to do, that's so inspiring and so amazing and I'm so proud of her,' Kim added.

Jenner sold her controlling stake in her company to Coty, whose portfolio also includes Clairol, CoverGirl, Max Factor, OPI, Rimmel and Sally Hansen.

Meanwhile, Kim has been talking up her own product lines this week.

She bragged to WWD in an interview published Wednesday that sales of KKW Beauty and KKW Fragrance products have 'doubled' in the past year. 

'It just makes me proud of the brand and makes me want to push to do exactly what I want to do and continue to make the products that I love and stay true to the authentic collaboration,' she told the publication.
