Shoppers looking to stock up on skincare and makeup products for spring can snap up £240 worth of expert-approved products for under £50 in a new beauty deal. Online retailer Latest in Beauty has teamed up with a celebrity makeup artist to give beauty enthusiasts high-performing products for a fraction of the cost.

The new Expert Beauty Edit costs £48, and contains 14 products with a total value of £240, saving over £190 on the contents. The limited edition edit has been put together with the help of MUA Caroline Barnes, who’s celebrity clientele includes Emma Watson, Emma Raducanu, and Lily James.

The haul has been designed to focus on the ‘three key steps to a flawless look’, including expert skincare to achieve even skin tone, base products to perfect and protect the complexion and a range of makeup items that cover all bases across brows, eyes, lips and cheeks, ensuring a complete look.

The priciest product included in the edit is the Jimmy Coco Tinted Tan Souffle, which would usually cost £29 - over half the price you pay for the box. The gradual build tan is formulated with skin loving ingredients like hyaluronic acid, and is a buildable formula that can be used to create a tan as subtle or as intense as you like.

The tan has a 4.9 star rating on the brand’s website, with many saying it’s easy to use and provides natural-looking results. One said: “Love the texture, smell and the resulting tan. I have an olive complexion that becomes ridiculously pale during winter in England, UK. Since I started using it I’ve stopped using foundation.” Another added: “Perfect for my Celtic complexion. The most natural and easy to use fake tan I’ve found.”

However, some say they’d prefer a darker tan that lasts longer. They said: “I've had far better lasting tans and although I loved the smell and it didn't transfer much, it washed off far too quickly for the price.”
